This position is part of the Product Management team located in Düsseldorf, Germany, and will be hybrid, or in Loveland, Colorado, US.In this role, a typical day will look like:Business Ownership & ExecutionOwn the global P&L for the assigned product lineDevelop business cases, forecasts, and growth strategiesPresent performance insights and strategic plans to senior leadershipDrive continuous improvement using KPIs and Veralto Enterprise System toolsMarket & Commercial StrategyBuild deep understanding of customer needs, especially in wastewater treatmentConduct market segmentation and competitive analysisDefine pricing strategies and revenue growth initiativesTranslate strategy into clear commercial execution plansCross-Functional LeadershipPartner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams globallyDrive go-to-market strategies and product launchesStrengthen sales enablement and value proposition positioningLead Voice of Customer initiatives and translate insights into product requirementsProduct Lifecycle ManagementOwn global roadmap and lifecycle strategyIdentify portfolio gaps and growth opportunitiesMonitor product performance across regionsThe essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field5+ years of experience in Product Management within a water, wastewater treatment, or a closely related industry.Proven experience owning or contributing to commercial performance (revenue growth, pricing, or business cases)Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a global organizationStrong English & communications skillsPreferred qualifications:MBA or advanced business educationExperience with global product launchesFamiliarity with Agile, Lean, or Stage-Gate methodologiesHach is proud to be part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5.5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.

An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $145,000 USD per year.
