Responsible for leading key innovation initiatives across the global portfolio and delivering the 3‑year strategic growth plan. Responsibilities Lead global innovation projects end‑to‑end from concept to investment approval, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Build and manage a strong innovation pipeline aligned with global and regional growth priorities. Translate consumer and market insights into clear product, packaging, claims, and pricing strategies. Drive productivity and margin improvement initiatives across product and packaging from idea to implementation.
Contribute to strategic planning and performance management through analysis, business cases, and tracking of key initiatives. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Brand Management or Product Management within FMCG or a similar consumer‑focused industry.
Proven experience managing product innovation and launching new products to market. Strong understanding of commercial drivers, including pricing, profitability, and P&L. Experience using data and insights to inform marketing and innovation decisions. Ability to work in a matrix organization with CGO, MX, Sales, and key lead markets.
Strong interpersonal skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus or willingness to learn. Additional languages considered an advantage. Skills for Success Brand strategy and brand management. Category strategy and strategic thinking.
Analytical skills, drive innovation, creativity, brand activation. Commercial acumen and FMCG/consumer health experience.
