Evaluate business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to International and Global leadership teams. Partner with Marketing Science and Analytics teams to support data‑driven decision making. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach and develop an international team of marketing leaders and managers.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Health Economics, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Global Marketing teams. Influence Country leadership teams on strategic priorities, resource allocation and execution excellence.

Significant experience in international marketing, product management or strategic business leadership within the medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Proven success leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation. Experience working within highly matrixed international organisations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Country organisations, Global Divisional Marketing, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, enhance clinical adoption, and maximise customer value.

Location: Any EMEA hub Work mode: Hybrid, with approximately 40% travel across the EMEA region Key Responsibilities Franchise Strategy & Business Leadership Define and execute the long‑term strategic vision for the TheraSphere franchise across EMEA.

Develop annual operating plans and long‑range strategic plans in partnership with Country organisations and Global Divisional Marketing. Own franchise performance, including demand generation, pricing and positioning strategy, lifecycle management, and portfolio prioritisation.

Own the EMEA demand plan and provide business input into the SI/OP process, including allocation decisions during periods of supply constraint. Market Development & Strategic Growth Lead comprehensive market assessments, including physician interviews, literature reviews, advisory boards, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for approved growth initiatives. Commercial Excellence & Portfolio Development Drive adoption of portfolio selling frameworks and customer engagement models across EMEA. Support KOL engagement strategies to strengthen clinical advocacy and market development.

Partner with Country organisations to ensure successful execution of commercial and marketing initiatives. Monitor business performance and implement corrective actions where necessary to achieve growth objectives. Establish clear objectives, performance expectations and development plans. Build and retain high‑performing marketing talent.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and strategic thinking. Drive alignment across geographies and functions to maximise business performance. Quality & Compliance Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety, product quality and ethical business practices.

Ensure compliance with all applicable quality system requirements, policies and procedures. Promote a work environment that supports Quality, EHS and Energy standards. What Are We Looking for in You Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related field.

Advanced degree (MBA, MSc or equivalent) preferred. Full professional proficiency in English required; additional European languages are a plus. Demonstrated experience managing complex product portfolios and driving business growth across multiple countries.

Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement environments and market access dynamics. Experience in oncology, interventional radiology, embolisation or related therapeutic areas is highly desirable. Preferred Skills Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.

Deep expertise in portfolio strategy and product lifecycle management. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including demand planning and business forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to influence and lead without direct authority across multiple geographies. What Success Looks Like Sustained growth of the TheraSphere franchise across EMEA. Successful execution of annual and long‑range strategic plans. Strong adoption of portfolio selling and customer engagement frameworks.

Effective identification and execution of new market and indication expansion opportunities. Strong collaboration across Countries, Global Marketing and cross‑functional stakeholders. Meaningful contribution to revenue growth, profitability and long‑term franchise value.
