Group Product Manager (d/f/m) We are looking for a Group Product Manager to join our Dealer Inventory & Performance organisation. You will report to the Director of Product. Job Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years managing Product Managers.

Strategic and hands‑on – able to set vision and direction while also rolling up sleeves and turning bold ideas into tangible outcomes. Strategic thinker able to translate trends, customer needs, and business goals into clear product direction. Strong analytical capability and use of metrics to guide decisions and prioritisation.

Adaptable and resilient working in a fast‑changing environment. B2+ German language level for dealer‑facing discovery and collaboration. Experience building marketplace products, internal tools, or B2B SaaS solutions.

Job Responsibilities Lead, coach, and grow a group of 3–5 Product Managers and co‑lead an organisation of about 30 people together with Engineering, Design, and Business Development. Define and execute product strategy, and roadmap for dealer inventory and performance initiatives.

Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales to develop solutions that solve real dealer problems. Build strong relationships with dealers, running discovery and testing directly with them to ensure product‑market fit and measurable business outcomes.
