For the OQEMA Group, we are looking for you as Group Product Manager (m/f/d) Full-time (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment Your Impact within the OQEMA Group Align and communicate growth expectations & strategies, budgets, and targets between suppliers and OQEMA’s local teams Track and evaluate supplier performance and provide regular reports and jointly developed growth plans Manage central tools and communication channels such as pricing structures, logistics setups, and campaign coordination Facilitate collaboration between commercial, technical, and marketing teams from both supplier and OQEMA sides Organize and execute trainings, webinars, product promotions, and review meetings Coordinate technical and logistical processes, including information exchange (MOQ, lead times, samples) and integration into the pan-European warehouse concept Support and implement marketing initiatives such as campaigns, events, PR, and digital content in collaboration with the OQEMA marketing team Participate in and represent the company at local and international trade fairs and industry exhibitions Coordinate with the legal department to ensure compliant negotiation, execution, and administration of distribution agreements What We Are Looking For Strategic, Commercial, Supplier-Oriented University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field Several years of experience in supplier management, category management or procurement, ideally within Home & Personal Care and Cleaning, chemicals or ingredients distribution Strong understanding of raw materials, supplier landscapes and value chains in Home & Personal Care and Cleaning Proven experience in strategic negotiations and contract management; ability to think strategically and act entrepreneurially in a complex, international environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Structured, analytical and results-driven working style Fluent English required; German is an advantage Willingness to travel internationally Benefits Work-life balance Permanent Employment Casual dress code Historic Castle Open-door mentality Team events Systematic onboarding Internal academy Development dialogues Healthcare Special paymentsParticipation in sporting event Employee discounts Company bike Job ticket Hire-a-Friend bonus Fruits & beverages Social- und business media #J-18808-Ljbffr Welcome to OQEMA at the historic Schloss Liedberg site.
