A deeply integrated diagnostics capability lets us tailor every exercise to the user for highly targeted, effective, and efficient training.As a small, multi-disciplinary team of 25 across engineering, product, and operations, we currently run three hubs with more than a dozen machines deployed - and we are scaling to ten studios across Zürich in the next 12 months.The machine exists.

Now we need to fill them - by reaching the right people, telling a story worth their attention, and turning it into members who stay. /ph3What you'll do /h3ulliSocial content: own the content calendar and produce reels, posts, and stories that build the TomFit brand and community /liliGrowth across the funnel: plan and run organic and paid campaigns - from awareness to booked sessions - across Meta, Google, and emerging channels /liliPerformance optimisation: track and optimise CAC, reach, and conversion with a data-driven approach; run experiments and double down on what works /liliCommunity: grow and nurture our community online and around the studios, turning members into advocates /liliLifecycle retention: support onboarding, engagement, and retention so members keep training and stay with us /liliAutomate with AI: help make TomFit a truly AI-first marketing organisation by automating performance marketing end to end with the latest AI tools and agents /li /ulh3What we need from you /h3ulliHands-on growth or performance marketing experience with results you can walk us through - ideally in health, fitness, consumer, subscription, or D2C /liliProven skill in creating content that performs: you can concept, script, and ship reels and social posts, not just brief them out /liliFluency with paid channels (Meta, Google) and a genuinely data-driven approach to CAC, funnel, and conversion /liliA solid understanding of the latest AI tools and accelerators in marketing - and genuine excitement about using them to automate and scale /liliYou can work on-site in Zürich Stettbach - see members train, work in the studio, and iterate with the team in the room /liliExcellent spoken and written German and English /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliCompetitive compensation /liliThe opportunity to shape how an AI health company grows - from the machine to the app to the street /liliA small team with big ambitions in an AI-first organisation /li /ul /p ppWe're TomFit, an AI-native physical health provider, building our own training machine and studios, scaling out of Zürich.We combine a new kind of strength training machine, the TomBot, with a software platform and AI to let people create, execute, and monitor a personal training regime that actually adapts to them.
