Responsibilities • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to build a qualified pipeline for the sales team • Organise and promote events (trade shows, APS presence, virtual events) to maximise lead capture • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) • Design and manage lead nurturing programmes, including email campaigns, webinars, and gated content • Collaborate with Product Marketing Manager to ensure messaging consistency across campaigns • Monitor and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI • Work closely with sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and improve campaign performance • Continuously test and improve conversion rates across different campaigns Requirements • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing or a comparable role, ideally in a B2B tech, deep‑tech or hardware/equipment industry • Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) • Independent, proactive, and well‑organised working style • Open‑minded, collaborative personality with a solution‑focused approach Benefits • Flexibility with options for remote work and flexible working hours • An open‑minded, appreciative startup atmosphere with flat hierarchies and an open‑door policy • Work with a great team in a fast‑growing deep‑tech company • Regular performance reviews and long‑term job prospects • 30 vacation days per year • Participation in valuable employee surveys • A comfortable, bright and modern office with ergonomic equipment in compliance with health requirements • Employee referral program – “The Coolest Connection” • Team‑building events, Christmas parties, and other group events • Free cold and hot drinks, snacks, and fruit at your disposal • Company pension plan, bicycle leasing program (Jobrad) and contribution for the Deutschland‑Ticket Jobticket Interested?
