Dental care is one of the largest healthcare markets in Europe. Every year, billions are spent, and yet many dental practices still run on systems that belong to a different era. They’re building an AI assistant designed specifically for dental practices. It supports patient communication, treatment planning, and daily workflows.
The product is live. Practices are adopting it. Interest is coming in steadily: From inbound, referrals, events, and partnerships. Now comes the next phase. To grow sustainably, the company needs someone who can turn that momentum into structure.
Someone who understands the product deeply, knows how to translate complexity into clarity, and can build a growth system that scales beyond individual campaigns. That’s where this role comes in: Growth Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) . In this role, you sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales.
Your work starts with understanding how the product actually works inside a dental practice. Which problems it solves, which use cases resonate, and where decisions get stuck. From there, you shape the story. Not as brand slogans, but as clear positioning and messaging that guides practices from first interest to active usage.
You’ll design and own the full funnel in HubSpot. Lead scoring, lifecycle stages, nurture journeys, automation triggers. All built around one goal: giving every lead a consistent, well-structured experience, no matter where they enter. You’ll work closely with sales, listening to real conversations, objections, and conversion patterns.
What you learn feeds directly back into messaging, assets, and funnel improvements. Content plays a role. Landing pages, emails, one-pagers, playbooks, but always as part of a larger system, not as an end in itself. Over time, you’ll help shape the marketing infrastructure the company will scale with. This is a role for someone who enjoys building.
