In this versatile role, you’ll work with the team and external partners to develop effective go-to-market strategies, manage marketing budgets, and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the central marketing team in Germany, which will support you in developing and implementing marketing initiatives.

All activities are planned and executed in close coordination with the DACH marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication and the successful localization of regional campaigns.

In this role, you will report directly to the Country Manager for Switzerland and have a dotted-line relationship with the Team Lead for Commercial Marketing DACH in the Systems Business Unit.

Strategy & Marketing Management Support in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for Switzerland in coordination with the DACH Lead Analysis of market trends and identification of appropriate marketing measures Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions Develop and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns Coordinate various marketing channels to ensure consistent brand communication Content Marketing Develop localized marketing content for the Swiss market Maintain and update content on internal platforms Partner Marketing Managing and developing strategic retail partners in terms of marketing tactics Managing co-marketing campaigns Lead Management, Lead Nurturing & Marketing Automation Supporting lead generation and lead qualification Planning and implementing email marketing campaigns Creating content plans Using marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Events & Trade Shows Planning, organizing, and executing events, roadshows, and trade shows Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers Follow-up and performance evaluation of events PR & Social Media Building and maintaining relationships with local media Organizing product tests and trial placements Planning and managing the LinkedIn presence Budget Management Planning, managing, and monitoring marketing and partner budgets Ensuring efficient use of the budget and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives Qualifications A college degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in B2B marketing (3-5 years), ideally in the IT or technology sector Experience in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns Knowledge of partner and channel marketing is a plus Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) Experience with content management systems and product data platforms Strong project management and organizational skills Analytical mindset and structured approach to work High level of initiative and a hands‑on mentality Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders Language Skills German: Native or business-fluent English: Business-fluent, both spoken and written French or Italian is a plus This position is particularly well-suited for a dedicated individual with a passion for technology, B2B marketing, and cross‑channel campaigns, who combines strategic thinking with operational execution.
