Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d) at Sentronics Metrology (a Nova Company) in MannheimIn this key leadership role, you will drive the divisional product marketing strategy for our high-precision metrology solutions within the semiconductor industry. Your mission is to translate complex technological capabilities into clear market value, expand our footprint with key global customers, and lead the full product lifecycle in close collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Application teams.

ResponsibilitiesLeading divisional product marketing activities, including management of 2 direct reportsDriving technical review meetings with key customers to expand Sentronics AP market shareRepresenting Sentronics at global trade shows, including SEMICON, and delivering speaking engagements at technology conferencesDriving the divisional product development lifecycle in close collaboration with R&D and SalesAligning cross-divisional segmentation strategies with MMD and DMDActing as the primary representative of Sentronics/Nova across all company-wide marketing initiatives and eventsDeveloping and driving competitive positioning and value propositions to enable regional sales successLeading the divisional application function, including 1 direct report and ~8 application engineersPrioritizing headquarters-driven application activitiesDriving internal and external application

development initiativesAligning with internal and external stakeholders on demo development and executionRequirementsStrong scientific background with at least a Master’s degree, preferably in Physics, Optics, or a related field10+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 5 years in leading technical marketing activities within the semiconductor WFE environmentDeep, hands‑on expertise in metrology requirements within semiconductor fabsProven experience in working with key customers in the semiconductor industry (10B+ USD CapEx)Excellent Business‑English communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%)Financial Wellbeing: Receive a tax- and duty‑free cash bonus of €100 per month to use flexibly through our discounts platform and with premium suppliers.
