It’s our people who bring this mission to life. Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with creators — from nano to macro — based on audience fit and performance potential. Manage budgets, contracts, and agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within commercial terms.

Partner with Creative and Legal to align briefs, messaging, and compliance requirements across all activations. Track and analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and feed learnings back into the influencer strategy to continuously improve results.

Take responsibility and decision-making from day one to drive impact and shape our company culture. Qualifications You are fluent in both English and German. You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field.

You bring at least three years of proven experience in influencer marketing. You have a deep understanding of German social media platforms and audience behaviors. You are driven and passionate about making an impact, with a data-driven, analytical mindset.

You work independently, taking initiative and managing projects with a structured, self-reliant approach. You communicate with confidence and are committed to continuous personal and professional growth. A pet-friendly office.
