Influencer Marketing Manager

Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for talented individuals committed to helping us achieve our goals. Responsibilities

• 1. Liaise with local influencers and agency resources, participate in professional discussions with the above, and help to establish trustworth partnerships.
• 2. Maintain and nurture relationships with influencers and coordinate core influencer resources with seamless collaboration.
• 3. Develop content strategies and creative concepts by leveraging analytics and social media trends aligned with market dynamics.
• 4. Gather information of local market to assist the User Growth Department to produce high-performing content and campaigns, and work with influencers to execute such campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience and existing influencer resources are highly preferred.
• Strong interest in global social media platforms; prior experience engaging with influencers is a plus.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and German. Candidates with international education, work, or living experience, and familiarity with cross-cultural environments are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in journalism, media, or marketing.
• Excellent communication and execution skills, a proactive and positive attitude, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
