Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Hanfgeflüster GmbH is a dynamic, up-and-coming company revolutionising the world of CBD products. We aim to improve people’s quality of life with high‑quality CBD products, positioning CBD as a wellness booster and reliable everyday companion while upholding reliability and quality.

Plan and execute influencer campaigns. Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports. Develop concepts for the content and visual communication of advertising campaigns. Measure and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns and create reports on performance and ROAS.

Identify trends and best practices in influencer marketing and integrate them into our strategy. Research, identify and select influencers that align with the brand and target appropriate audiences. Evaluate and choose potential influencers based on authenticity, reach, audience fit, and engagement.

Continuously optimise the influencer strategy and adjust to changing market conditions and trends. Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities for influencer collaboration to maximise brand presence and ROI. Qualifications Demonstrable experience in influencer marketing or a related field such as sales.

Excellent communication skills in German and English. Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contractual aspects. Proficient knowledge of social‑media platforms. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Innovative thinking and creativity. Ability to efficiently organise and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
