Work closely with the production, editing and performance teams. Responsibilities Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) as the central point of contact between clients and creators – leading campaigns from concept to reporting. Coordinate strategy and scripts.
Serve as the primary brand contact, including a weekly standing meeting, and translate campaign objectives into a clear plan. Brief, negotiate with and coordinate creators, keeping timelines, budgets and quality in check. Evaluate campaigns, extract learnings and apply them to the following month.
Requirements Entry-level to several years of experience in project, campaign or account management – ideally in influencer, social media or agency environments. Manage multiple projects in parallel without losing oversight. Strong communication skills: confidently navigate between brand decision‑makers and creators.
Good sense for social content, platforms and formats (TikTok, Reels, UGC). Structured, independent working style and a hands‑on mentality. Very good German, good English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
