Your mission • You’ll develop and lead creative influencer campaigns that inspire millions of people. • You’ll coordinate major collaborations with Poland’s and Germany’s most well-known influencers. • You’ll help us build a new micro-influencer network—with a goal of 5,000 active micro-influencers by the end of 2026. • You’ll represent Pammys at Germany’s most important influencer events and expand our network. • You’ll manage one of Germany’s largest DTC influencer budgets—with responsibility for reach and profitability. • Identifying, acquiring, and negotiating with high-potential creators, agencies, and management teams • Negotiating terms, licenses, whitelisting, and usage rights • You’ll bring our brand into the target audiences’ timelines with the right stories. • Analysis, reporting, and continuous optimization of creator performance • Handover of top assets to the paid media team for scaling • Building long‑term partnerships with top performers, including upselling additional campaigns Your profile • You love social media and spot trends before they go mainstream. • Experience in influencer or social media marketing (brand or agency) or extensive personal experience and enthusiasm for the field. • Strong understanding of numbers, KPIs, and business • Creative thinker with a hands‑on approach—you bring ideas to life and measure success. • Excellent understanding of TikTok and Instagram as performance channels • Confident in dealing with creators, agencies, and management • Excellent German and English • Experience with the Polish market is a plus • You enjoy working in the office and value direct interaction with the team Why us? • Real career opportunities – grow with us into the role that’s right for you • Flexible working hours that fit your lifestyle • A generous training budget for your personal development • A culture where your opinion matters and appreciation is a way of life • Quick decision‑making: less bureaucracy, no endless meetings • Modern, centrally located offices in Hamburg and Kiel • Your setup, your choice – laptop or MacBook, plus an iPhone • Wellpass fitness subsidy to help you stay balanced • Free drinks, employee vouchers, and corporate benefits • Regular team events, because success tastes better together • Freedom to share your own ideas, take ownership, and actively shape the future Our campaigns dominate feeds, our creators set trends—and our influencer marketing scales like no other channel in DTC.
