We’re building Europe’s largest footwear brand . Your Mission You’ll get Pammys into the feeds of millions of people—and turn attention into real demand. Your mission You’ll develop and lead creative influencer campaigns that inspire millions of people. You’ll coordinate major collaborations with Poland’s and Germany’s most well-known influencers.

You’ll help us build a new micro-influencer network—with a goal of 5,000 active micro-influencers by the end of 2026. You’ll represent Pammys at Germany’s most important influencer events and expand our network. You’ll manage one of Germany’s largest DTC influencer budgets—with responsibility for reach and profitability.

Experience in influencer or social media marketing (brand or agency) or extensive personal experience and enthusiasm for the field. Strong understanding of numbers, KPIs, and business Creative thinker with a hands‑on approach—you bring ideas to life and measure success.
