The vision is to become the most iconic high perfumery and high cosmetic house, in image and products. /p pAs part of the DACH Marketing team based in Zurich, you will contribute to the deployment of Guerlain’s Trade Retail Marketing strategies across Switzerland and Austria, in close collaboration with the other departments, EMEA, and external partners. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pAs part of the DACH Marketing team based in Zurich, you will contribute to the deployment of Guerlain’s Trade Retail Marketing strategies across Switzerland and Austria, in close collaboration with the other departments, EMEA, and external partners. /p h3Trade Marketing 30% /h3 ul liSupport the execution of Trade Marketing plans to drive key product launches /li liCoordinate in-store activations (podiums, windows, takeovers, promotions, animations) /li liDevelop merchandising tools and POS materials, including agency briefing and production follow-up /li liMonitor sell-out performance, ROI, and competitive activities /li /ul h3Retail Marketing 30% /h3 ul liImplement the annual activation plan across Guerlain’s counters Salons de Parfum /li liCreate monthly activations and elevated client experiences around key launches and commercial moments /li liManage activation budgets and track performance /li liSupport the marketing development of Guerlain’s two Spas in Switzerland /li liContribute to local activations, events, and client experience initiatives /li liSupport business development initiatives and monitor performance /li /ul h3Partnerships Events 20% /h3 ul liContribute to the creation of VIC events, strategic partnerships, and immersive brand experiences /li liDevelop event concepts and supporting creative assets /liliBuild relationships with local luxury partners to drive collaborations and client recruitment opportunities /li liCoordinate event execution, budget follow-up, and post-event performance analysis /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communication, Luxury Management, or a related field /li liPrevious internship or professional experience in marketing, retail, events, luxury, or hospitality /li liInternational, curious, and passionate about luxury, exclusivity, exceptional craftsmanship, and memorable experiences /li liTeam-player, proactive, organized, autonomous, and eager to take ownership /li liStrong communication, project management, and analytical skills /li liFluent in French and English; German is a plus /li liProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign /li /ul h3Additional information /h3 pWe want all our employees to feel valued and recognized.
