How does your working day look like… • You develop and implement creative marketing initiatives for our hotels and F&B outlets in collaboration with the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager • You create engaging photo, video, and written content in both German and English for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) • You manage guest communication across both online and offline channels • You plan and coordinate press, influencer, and client events • You bring our monthly Spotlight events to life – from concept and planning to promotion and execution • You maintain and update our websites, online profiles, and OTA channels • You create and distribute our marketing newsletters • You build local partnerships and foster relationships with brands, media partners, and neighbouring businesses Qualifications • You have initial professional experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry and have a good command of English • You are highly organised, enjoy planning events, and love bringing creative ideas to life • You are a hands‑on person with an open and flexible personality who enjoys interacting with people • You bring not only your skills and expertise but also your personality to the team • You have a hands‑on mentality Additional Information What’s in it for you… • Work as a full‑time team member with full pay on only 4 days • Get to know all the other 25hours hotels and stay ten nights a year for free as an employee • Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world • Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners • Receive a monthly allowance for your gym or HVV ticket • Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more Company Description There is a nautical theme at both of the 25hours Hotels in HafenCity: Stories of sea voyages and distant ports, wanderlust and homesickness will become part of your normal working day here.

Job Description As our Junior Brand Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you’ll help our hotel and F&B brands shine. You’ll develop creative marketing campaigns, manage our social media channels, create engaging content, and ensure our brands are consistently represented across both online and offline touchpoints.

Working closely with Sophie, our Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll plan and deliver events, build exciting partnerships, and help make our hotel the talk of the town. No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes this role so exciting.
