Responsibilities Influencer Management: Independent management of influencers, including outreach/acquisition, (price) negotiations, and performance tracking Communication: Creating detailed briefings and supporting the development of campaign concepts Trend Analysis: Researching and sourcing new influencer profiles E-Commerce: Creating and maintaining landing pages and product sets for the webshop Performance Tracking: Analyzing influencer performance, monitoring KPIs, and deriving ideas and actions Marketing Concepts: Actively designing and implementing brand-influencer campaigns to strengthen Kess Berlin’s brand image Projects: Supporting initiatives such as internationalization and the expansion of additional marketing channels Requirements Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification Initial professional experience in influencer marketing (including internships or working-student roles) and a keen interest in social media trends Passion for beauty and lifestyle topics, with a good sense for marketing beauty products Excellent communication skills; confident copywriting abilities; ideally familiar with Photoshop Proficient in Excel and strong analytical skills to support analyses and reporting Ideally, first‑hand experience with tools for measuring influencer campaigns Team player, detail‑oriented and self‑responsible, with a high degree of initiative Fluent German and very good English skills are required Certifications & Qualifications degree in Business Administration degree in Marketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
