Junior Klaviyo Email Marketing Manager

• Support email and CRM marketing activities across the DACH and Western European markets
• Build and manage newsletters and CRM campaigns in Klaviyo
• Contribute to the development of lifecycle journeys
• Develop segmentation and audience targeting recommendations
• Prepare A/B tests and evaluate them together with the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager
• Analyze relevant performance metrics for each format and identify opportunities for optimization
• Take ownership of specific areas after onboarding and increasingly manage them independently
• Work closely with the E-Commerce team
• Report to the Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager

Requirements

• Initial experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, demonstrated through measurable results
• Proficiency in Klaviyo or a comparable automation platform
• Experience in a D2C or e-commerce environment
• Confident interpreting campaign performance data and able to identify the right next question when data is contradictory
• Fluent German (C2)
• Very good English skills
• Experience with international or multilingual CRM projects is an advantage
• Additional languages such as French, Italian, Dutch, or Spanish are an advantage
• Familiarity with Shopify Plus, loyalty programs, or WhatsApp/SMS marketing is an advantage
