Your job Online, social media & SEO marketing: Website management, content creation and on-page/off-page optimisation (WordPress, German/English), as well as independent social media and campaign management (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including tool analysis (Google Analytics, Seobility, Rank Math).

Email marketing & CRM: Creation, dispatch and performance measurement of mass mailings (German/English) as well as maintenance and optimisation of the customer database (Odoo). Creation of graphics and HR job advertisements in accordance with corporate identity guidelines (Adobe Illustrator/InDesign).

Your expertise A degree in marketing, communication or media, or a successfully completed vocational qualification and professional experience in the field of marketing. Substantial experience in using CMS systems (WordPress) and CRM/email marketing tools (e.g.

Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Illustrator and InDesign) and MS Office (PowerPoint). Good knowledge of SEO and web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
