Responsibilities Implement performance campaigns across our paid channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest) and own campaign launches, testing and iteration. Create creative briefs and coordinate execution with internal and external resources. Continuously optimize based on KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV) and derive clear action steps.
Conduct performance reviews, produce reports and document learnings and next steps. Requirements At least 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing (paid social) with demonstrable results, preferably with Meta Ads. Experience setting up and optimizing campaign structures (audiences, retargeting, lookalikes, search setups).
Confident handling of common KPIs, budget management and testing methodology (A/B tests, iterative testing, creative testing). Strong copy and creative sensibility: you can identify why an ad approach works (or doesn’t) and create concrete briefs for creators. Start‑up mindset: pragmatic, reliable and eager to learn.
