For our headquarters in Berlin Prenzlauer-Berg, we are looking to have you on board as our new: (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - Reports to the Lead Search & Display Responsibilities Support the planning, set-up, and optimization of campaigns across the full funnel for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in all our European markets.

Assist in the implementation of A/B tests, multi‑arm experiments and lift studies to understand the true impact of our marketing. Proactively leverage generative AI tools to uncover hidden growth potential and test new AI‑driven features, ensuring our campaigns stay at the cutting edge. Profile Your future starts here.

We’re looking for analytical thinkers ready to thrive in performance marketing and accelerate their career in a high‑tech, data‑driven environment. Don’t check every box? Apply anyway – we hire for aptitude and ambition.

Successfully completed studies in business, economics or communication/media – or an equivalent apprenticeship/training with appropriate work experience. At least two years of experience in performance marketing, including hands‑on experience with Search, PMax and Demand Gen. Additional expertise in the Google Marketing Platform is highly valued.

Any additional experience in SQL, Python, Google Ads Scripts, Tableau or Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) is a plus. Solid MS Excel skills and a passion for diving into large data sets to identify patterns and relationships that drive performance. Leverages generative AI to boost campaign performance and is excited to test new AI features.

Proactive mindset, creative problem‑solving and strong analytical abilities. Driven by curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for continuous professional development. Proficient in English; additional knowledge of German is a plus. An open‑minded culture ready to incorporate new and creative ideas.
