Job Descriptionbr/br/pThe position holder will be office based and is expected to travel occasionally for internal and external meetings, trainings and conferences.

It will be the responsibility of the position holder to help develop the presence and recognition of Sobi as a credible partner within the rare disease community through supporting the development of relationships with key stakeholders (especially physicians), as well as the successful development and delivery of agreed pre- and post-license marketing projects.

To fulfil the assigned tasks, specific medical knowledge and clinical experiences concerning diagnosing, differential diagnosing, consideration of different therapy options for the treatment of specific diseases including side effects, and risks are crucial (e.g. in order to develop proper marketing and information material and ensure the accuracy of medical content).

Under the direction of the AD Marketing Sales, the candidate will work with local medical and patient access colleagues as well as DACH and HQ staff in a cross functional approach to Sobi’s interactions with all stakeholders (physicians, payers, nurses and patients). /p pstrongKey Responsibilities/Scope of the Job /strong /ppemIncluding, but not limited to the following /em /pulliDrive branded tactics that are in line with core product messaging and highest standards of compliance; e.g. branded commercial material. /liliLearning to be responsible for giving feedback about local commercialization needs and market and competitor perspectives into global strategy development through appropriate channels. /liliDevelop strategic communications and/or training materials for internal and external customers on current projects and tactics and working with medical colleagues ensure the highest level of medical-scientific credibility in all Sobi external communications. /liliWork closely with DACH colleagues and local medical and patient access colleagues in Sobi, collaborate with AD Marketing Sales to define and deliver the overall marketing strategy, ensuring local customer needs and market requirements are included in the development of Sobi global strategy. /li /ul brQualificationsbr/br/puEducation/Learning Experience/Work Experience /u /ppemRequired: /em /pulliIndispensable requirement is a university degree /liliDirect customer relationship management experience and an ability to engage with customer needs in delivering company projects /liliDemonstrated ability to work independently and a “hands on” practical delivery of marketing projects /liliProven ability to work in matrix organizations /li /ulpemDesired: /em /pulliExperience in a marketing or sales role for 1 or more years is highly desirable /liliRelevant scientific experience may be an advantage /li /ul puSkills/Knowledge/Languages /u /ppemRequired: /em /pulliExcellent verbal and written communication skills German and English, French preferred /liliExcellent MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /liliExperience with review and approval systems (e.g.
