This is a Lead role for an individual who has already operated at this level independently and can lead product streams while setting standards for the broader PM team.

What You Will Do • Own AI Assist directly: define vision, roadmap, delivery, and adoption across CXone. • Ensure the in-product copilot meets the needs of all CXone users and use cases, ship it, and measure its impact on platform usage. • Scale AI Assist horizontally—across products, personas, and surfaces—focusing on cross-product cohesion. • Lead and align the teams responsible for the agent building experience, traces, and LLM platform, setting joint direction and prioritization. • Collaborate with engineering and design as a technical peer, prototype using modern AI tooling, and represent scope to executive stakeholders. • Raise the bar for product craft on the team, shaping problem framing, PRD quality, and decision closure, while mentoring other PMs.

Your background includes enterprise SaaS (multi‑tenant, configurable, integration‑heavy) and leading cross‑functional initiatives with distributed, international teams, delivering measurable product and business outcomes.

Role Overview As Lead Product Manager at NICE Cognigy, you will directly own AI Assist – the in-product AI copilot that scales across the entire CXone platform and every use case it supports.

You will also lead the broader Agent experience inside Cognigy (NICE's agent builder within CXone), including the agent building experience, traces, and the LLM platform. Your responsibilities include setting direction, making prioritization calls, reporting to the Director of Product, and driving outcomes end-to-end.

Who You Are You are an experienced Lead PM operating in the conversational AI space, skilled in LLM-native and intent-based design, agent evaluations, RAG, prompting, and building copilots or in-product AI assistants.

You have strong product judgment, an ownership mindset, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguity while influencing peers. Preferred Experience You hold a Lead PM role (or equivalent) in conversational AI, LLM‑enabled products, voice AI, or agentic systems.

You have shipped at least one production product in this space and possess hands‑on experience with copilots, LLM gateways, routing, evaluation, observability, traces, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.
