What you will accomplish Define and drive the product vision and strategy for a seamless shipping experience aligned with eBay's broader shipping strategy: Relevant shipping options Best shipping prices Reliable carrier invoice reconciliation Transparent shipping label billing experience Partner with engineers, data scientists, designers, and fellow PMs to deliver AI‑powered solutions to reduce shipping cost for both sellers and buyers Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers while remaining hands‑on by directly owning and driving a select set of strategic, high‑impact initiatives from ideation through execution Establish clear product metrics, set hypotheses, and run A/B experiments to measure impact on seller adoption, cost savings, and buyer conversion Collaborate with international teams to scale capabilities globally and ensure alignment with logistics partners and marketplace policies Communicate product vision, progress, and findings clearly to partners and executives What you will bring 12+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce, or AI/ML‑driven products 3+ years of team leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and scaling high‑performing teams Strong analytical approach; able to define and track success metrics using data Solid understanding of solving business problems using AI and ability to connect data science outcomes in meeting business goals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for simplifying complex systems and delivering delightful customer experiences Equal Employment Opportunity eBay is an equal opportunity employer.
