Key Responsibilities
• Own the ESP and email/SMS engine (ActiveCampaign), including lists, segments, automations, and sends.
• Build nurture and lifecycle automations, document tag-to-sequence logic, and run webinar registration flows.
• Protect deliverability through domain authentication, DNS setup, and inbox warmups; capture and route all leads.
Requirements
• 5+ years in email marketing or marketing automation with hands-on ESP ownership (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
• Deliverability expertise including SPF/DKIM/DMARC, DNS, warmups, and spam diagnosis.
• Lead capture, routing, and CRM hygiene; strong communicator and self-sufficient operator.
