Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales and other commercial teams to ensure an efficient flow of products. Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
Support digitalisation initiatives and the continued development of the company's logistics operations. Take responsibility for performance reporting, inventory accuracy and commercial discussions with logistics partners. We're looking for: Solid experience across operational logistics, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or a similar fast-moving environment . Experience working with 3PLs / external logistics providers and a good understanding of warehousing and transportation.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest better solutions. A proactive, commercially minded individual who wants to make an impact rather than simply maintain existing processes. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline would be advantageous.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA would be a plus. Fluent German (at least C1) and good English.
