About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager (m/w/d) to join our team at the Chamäleon headquarters in Berlin. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to create marketing and sales materials, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging.

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing cross-channel marketing projects independently.

You will develop our CRM system to improve targeted communication with guests and travel agency partners, managing campaigns from email marketing to omnichannel initiatives.

Additionally, you will develop initiatives to increase brand visibility and enhance the guest experience, all while managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
