As our first Marketing Manager, you own Primefold's brand presence across every channel, every day.

Here is what that looks like in practice: • Own and run our social media channels daily (LinkedIn, Instagram, eventually Reddit), writing posts, creating visuals and building a consistent publishing cadence • Lead the production of launch and product videos, from brief to final output • Develop and manage a content calendar covering blog posts, case studies, newsletters and whitepapers • Brief and coordinate our performance marketer and designer, keeping campaigns on-brand, on-time and measurable • Own positioning and messaging for XI and RI, and create the sales enablement materials the team needs • Manage the website as a conversion asset and drive organic growth through SEO • Represent Primefold at industry events, webinars and community initiatives Your profile • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, AI or technology • Strong writing skills in English; German is a plus • Hands-on experience running social media channels daily, including community interaction • Experience creating or overseeing video content such as launch, product or brand videos • Comfortable briefing and leading creative and performance specialists • Familiarity with paid channels and tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp and Google Analytics • A natural ease with AI tools in your day-to-day workflow • Data-driven: you know what to measure and you act on what you find • Energised by building from scratch in a small, fast-moving team Why us?

It ingests heterogeneous data, learns the context of a business, and continuously provides decision-ready guidance across products and teams. Primefold is at an early and exciting stage. You will be the person who builds it. We work in a way that is collaborative, egoless, transparent and responsive.

You will have the autonomy to make real decisions and the support to execute on them. And you will be doing it in one of the most interesting spaces in enterprise software right now. About us Berlin-based startup Primefold is building an architectural intelligence layer that is agentic, modular, and domain-aware.
