Marketing Manager

We’re partnering with a specialist pharmaceutical company operating across Europe to recruit a Marketing Manager for its hospital-focused portfolio.

The role

This is a hands‑on marketing role where you’ll lead brand activity across European markets, working closely with Sales, Medical Affairs and external partners to deliver compliant, high‑impact campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

• Planning and delivering marketing activities across the portfolio.
• Creating digital content, campaign materials and website updates.
• Supporting Sales with effective tools and materials.
• Coordinating congresses, multichannel campaigns, budgets and timelines.

What we’re looking for

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Two to three years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing.
• Experience in digital content, prescription products or regulated environments.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent English; German language skills are highly desirable.
