Our AI‑powered platform enables marketers to boost advertising performance by solving the attribution dilemma, intelligently optimising campaigns and automating budget planning.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, hands‑on, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end event planning and coordination across key markets (DACH, IT, UK and potential new ones) including building AI agents/coworkers to handle the repetitive heavy lifting (logistics, follow‑ups, CRM hygiene, attendee communications).
Help run and shape our webinar series : from setup to nurturing flows and follow‑up, built as agentic workflows wherever it makes sense. Contribute to content creation for our website and social media using Claude, MCPs and our internal tools. Requirements Hands‑on experience in event management or conference coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media or a related field. Build real AI workflows you can walk us through. Include actual prompt chains, Claude Projects/Skills, MCP integrations, custom GPTs, or agentic flows where you can explain the design decisions. Curious, independent mindset and strong organisational skills.
Proactive and passionate about digital marketing, AI, prompting and marketing innovation. Fluent in English and German; Italian is a strong plus. Background in juggling multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Hybrid work model – 50% onsite. Meaningful impact in shaping marketing technology. Transparent culture with flat hierarchies.
