Full‑time in Landstuhl: Become the first dedicated marketing all‑rounder at ImmoHauf and help build our marketing from the ground up. ImmoHauf – The Investment Brokers. We are a growing real estate company in the West Palatinate with 200+ Google reviews at 4.9 stars and a clear goal: grow from 1M to 10M in revenue.
We are looking for someone to build, shape, and drive our entire marketing operation forward. Key Responsibilities Create and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business. Shoot and edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube (Dennis speaks, you film and edit).
Design graphics including ad creatives, postcards, partner materials, and case studies. Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Write copy for ad copy, landing pages, email sequences, and social media captions. Analyze campaign results, maintain the content calendar, and repurpose content.
Qualifications Self‑starter mindset with a real desire to build, not just execute. Good instinct for content and a basic understanding of social media/online marketing. Ability to edit videos and create graphics. Fluent in German and English. No specific degree, no 5 years of experience, and no coding skills required. <h3
