Your Day-to-Day Tasks Create SEO- & GEO-optimized content – Write blogs, whitepapers, and customer stories that resonate with professionals in R&D and innovation Create engaging content formats about our product - Know the main use cases, navigate confidently throughout our product and communicate its benefits in various forms Increase visibility of ITONICS in communities and social networks - Connect with relevant audience, engage in community discussions and help grow our thought leadership network Show up on our ITONICS Academy – Translate your content into scripts, slides and explainer videos to build engaging learning experiences Collaborate across teams – Work closely with sales, product managers, and customer experts to turn insights into compelling narratives Stay curious – Keep a pulse on emerging industry topics and content trends so our storytelling stays fresh, insightful, and bold Your Skills & Qualifications Excellent written and spoken German & English – you can switch between clarity and creativity with ease.

Your Contribution Are you someone who can turn complex ideas into compelling stories and make new topics tangible, exciting, and accessible? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, curious Marketing Manager (all genders) to help us solve R&D and innovation leaders’ biggest challenges.

You write with clarity, wit, and authority, and you know how to optimize for both humans and search engines. You’re confident speaking to audiences and love presenting ideas in creative formats (video, webinars, reels). Experience (or willingness to learn fast) with CMS tools like HubSpot, SEO/GEO principles, and content analytics.

You're great at managing deadlines, structuring your work, and contributing ideas proactively. You love asking questions, finding the “so what?” of every story, and turning insights into action. Bonus points if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS or R&D-driven context before, but we’re open to hungry newcomers.

You bring an ambitious, positive, and collaborative spirit, and you’re curious to find and try new ideas. We’re fast-moving, collaborative, and big believers in storytelling that’s both useful and unforgettable.
