Proclinical is seeking a Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team focused on driving impactful marketing strategies across the DACH region and the Netherlands.

Responsibilities • Develop and execute local and regional marketing strategies and promotional plans. • Contribute to regional planning processes and align with global strategies. • Manage marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, symposia, digital content, and PR materials. • Lead product launch projects and oversee local execution. • Monitor and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with commercial and finance teams. • Support sales teams with training, tools, and insights to enhance sales effectiveness. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs and scientific liaisons, to ensure alignment. • Build and maintain relationships with clinical experts and opinion leaders.

Qualifications • Proven experience in marketing within the diagnostics or healthcare industry; knowledge of infectious diseases is a plus. • Strong ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution. • Proficiency in interpreting and communicating complex technical information. • Customer-centric mindset with expertise in market analysis and value proposition development. • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. • Willingness to travel up to 50%, with 30% dedicated to customer engagement and field support. • Strong presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. • Collaborative, innovative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
