Experience managing creative and media agencies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Marketing, IT, Legal, Regulatory). Marketing Manager, Digital Health Solutions – EMEAP (m/f/d) Abbott GmbH, Wiesbaden, Germany – Full‑time, on‑site position.

The role supports the deployment and optimization of Abbott’s Digital Health Solutions on the Libre brand across more than 25 EMEAP markets, ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives. Key responsibilities include: Support regional input into global product councils, shaping feature prioritization and ensuring EMEAP needs are considered.

Ensure smooth app releases by initiating early access programs for testing and preparing Customer Service with FAQs and communication toolkits. Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns across paid, CRM and web channels to drive awareness, engagement and conversion.

Monitor and gather feedback from local markets on campaign effectiveness and share insights to inform future regional strategies and brand consistency improvements. Identify and share best practices to enhance digital marketing capability and efficiency across markets.

Qualifications: University degree in Marketing, Analytics or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. 5–8years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medical devices or other regulated industries. Proven experience in digital marketing, app growth and omnichannel campaign execution.

Demonstrated ability to support and execute marketing strategies with urgency and attention to detail. Proficient in analytics and digital marketing platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Marigold, Adobe Analytics, AEM, Google Ads). Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
