Your Responsibilities Act as the key person for this category and manage it independently Build and maintain the brand for the entire category and its three subcategories Analyse market trends and competitor activities Develop and implement campaigns and initiatives for retail (POS), e‑commerce, and events Create concepts, designs and materials that cover all subcategories Plan, execute and evaluate promotions and activations Manage projects and coordinate external partners such as agencies, designers and production service providers Monitor product performance and identify optimisation opportunities Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams and travel regularly, mainly within Germany and Austria Your Profile Experience in marketing and/or sales for FMCG products and brands Expertise in brand management and trade marketing Hands‑on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset Strong skills in concept development, e‑commerce a We are a growing, owner‑managed company with production and sales organisations throughout Europe.
