Tasks Your responsibilities on deck: You are responsible for the development and operational roll-out of our marketing strategy in Norway (B2C & B2B) and adapt global concepts to local cultural nuances. You independently manage our Norwegian channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), create monthly editorial plans, and produce engaging content.

You identify suitable Norwegian influencers, manage collaborations, and represent our brand with confidence at local events and networking opportunities. You implement marketing initiatives such as mailings and independently design consulting materials and graphics (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

Requirements What we expect from you: 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, along with a degree (Marketing, Communications, Business) or a comparable qualification. You are a Norwegian native speaker (or have lived in Norway for a long time) and are fluent in German or English. You know exactly what makes the Norwegian market tick.
