Customer Briefs : Responding to reactive customer briefs by conducting research, gathering insights, performing analysis, and developing tailored concepts. Innovation Pipeline : Contributing to the proactive innovation pipeline (RTG) and helping deliver rollouts of new products and solutions.

Support Digital & Communications : Assisting with digital marketing strategies and communications to ensure consistent messaging and customer engagement. Trend Identification & Market Insights : Monitoring and analyzing market trends, identifying key drivers in the savory segment, and providing insights to shape future strategies.

Educational Background : Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the food industry (savory experience is a plus). B2B Expertise : Experience in B2B marketing, B2C knowledge is a plus. Language Skills : Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Technical Skills : Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and ideally other marketing tools. Analytical & Critical Thinking : Strong ability to gather insights, analyze data, and create actionable recommendations. Independent & Organized : Excellent organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
