Senior Consultant | Experienced Traveller | Ex Professional Golfer | Average Footballer Location: Germany (Hybrid / Remote-Friendly) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Marketing Lead to drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated customer engagement initiatives across digital and traditional channels.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical marketing who can translate business objectives into impactful multi‑channel experiences. Key Responsibilities Develop and own end‑to‑end omnichannel marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement across HCP, patient, and payer audiences.
Campaign Execution Lead the activation of omnichannel campaigns across channels such as email, web, CRM, paid media, social, field enablement platforms, and in‑person experiences. Ensure content and messaging are consistent, compliant, and tailored to each audience segment and channel.
Monitor KPIs such as engagement, conversion, channel effectiveness, and customer journey progression. Leverage data to refine segmentation, content recommendations, and personalization strategies. Stakeholder Management Serve as a trusted advisor to senior commercial and marketing stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and capability presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in omnichannel or digital marketing, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a regulated industry.
Strong understanding of customer journeys, multichannel campaign orchestration, and digital channel ecosystems. Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and content management tools. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Knowledge of consent, privacy, and compliance guidelines in European healthcare marketing. Familiarity with AI‑driven personalization, marketing technology stacks, and digital analytics tools. Fluency in both English and German.
