Your Responsibilities Problem discovery: Research buyers, users and market trends to frame customer problems and priorities Use cases & ICP: Define and validate target users, ICP/personas, and supported use cases Positioning & messaging: Create clear positioning, value prop, proof points & product collateral Competitive & differentiation: Maintain competitive USPs and battle cards; enable the GTM teams on how we win GTM narrative & enablement: Produce launch narratives and train Sales on pitch, demo storyline, pricing and objection handling Launch measurement: Track post-launch success and feed insights back into messaging and roadmap External voice: Present in webinars & events, as well as represent the product in customer-facing interactions Our Requirements 3+ years experience in B2B cybersecurity product roles, ideally in a scaleup environment Must have domain exposure in one of the following: EDR, SIEM/SOAR, CTI/TIP, or Email Security Strong customer/buyer empathy: can discover needs, map personas, and prioritize use cases Voice of the customer: Proven ability to uncover buyer/user needs and convert them into roadmap priorities Effective and structured communicator, who can collaborate and drive cross functional alignment Confident presenter and facilitator (webinars, demos, conferences, customer briefings) Location Europe or Middle East #J-18808-Ljbffr Why VMRay As Outbound Product Manager (m/f/d) at VMRay, you will own problem discovery, positioning, messaging and sales readiness for our threat analysis products.

You’ll translate market shifts and customer needs into crisp use cases, differentiated positioning, and repeatable narratives that scale across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

You don’t need to be deeply technical, but you must be able to understand the buyer/user landscape in cybersecurity and communicate credibly with security leaders and practitioners. Comfort presenting on stage (webinars/events) is also essential.
