We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who will own the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and optimization of member‑based paid media campaigns across programmatic, social, and app channels.
This role is equal parts strategy and execution. You will work backwards from member needs and business goals to build scalable campaign frameworks, develop segmentation and targeting strategies, and drive measurable improvements in engagement and retention.
You will manage complex timelines and budgets, and deliver results with high quality and operational rigor. This role requires thinking big about what member engagement can look like, while divi
