Responsibilities Planning, setup and management of Meta campaigns (targeting, bidding, budget) Continuous optimization of campaigns based on KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CPL) Analysis of performance data and derivation of actionable recommendations A/B testing & scaling strategies to measure and improve creatives Briefing creatives & collaborating with design and content teams Reporting & presenting insights and results to stakeholders Contributing to tracking setup (Pixel, CAPI, GA4) and ensuring data quality Requirements Initial practical experience in performance marketing or paid social ads, ideally with Meta Ads Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking Enjoy working in a data-driven environment and focusing on optimization Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team Good spoken and written German and English Nice-to-have: experience with tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Meta Business Manager) Knowledge of funnel concepts, attribution, or segmentation Interest in further developing paid social skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
