Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) Berlin The opportunity We are looking for a passionate experienced Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) to oversee and optimize our digital marketing campaigns.

You will play a key role in driving growth and performance through data-driven strategies, with a focus on acquisition and conversion (B2B lead gen). The ideal candidate has expertise in paid search, social media advertising, and display marketing, alongside strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Your responsibilities Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display channels in several markets. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and interpret campaign data (CPL, CPC, CAC, CTR) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.

Report on campaign performance to senior management and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Budget Management: Manage and optimize advertising budgets across multiple channels to ensure cost-effective performance. Track spend and allocate budget to the highest-performing campaigns based on KPIs.

Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and meet key business objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What you need to succeed 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management including media budget management. Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.

Expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking platforms. Strong analytical skills in reporting with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.

Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Fluent in English and any other languages such as German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.

Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or other relevant marketing platforms.
