In this role, you’ll own our digital acquisition engine end-to-end, turning high‑intent B2B demand into measurable business impact. From the first search to the final order, you’ll optimize every step of the funnel across Search, PMax, and Display while working closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and revenue.
Your Impact Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Search, PMax, Display) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth on makerverse.com. Work closely with Sales to target the right industries (e.g., Aerospace, MedTech) and attract high‑value decision‑makers.
Continuously improve campaign structure, targeting, and performance across Search, PMax, and Display to capture and convert high‑intent demand. Your DNA Solid hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Display) – including setup, optimization, and performance ownership.
Strong data‑driven mindset; ability to work with data and derive actionable insights. Experience with GA4 and/or Mixpanel is a strong plus. Familiarity with MarTech & tracking tools such as GTM, HubSpot, or Unbounce to support tracking, campaign setup, and landing page optimization.
Understanding of how marketing contributes to pipeline and enjoyment of collaborating with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion. Hands‑on experience with A/B testing and a drive to continuously improve CPA, conversion rates, and overall performance. Professional English required; German is a strong plus given our core market.
