Your Responsibilities Own the performance of Paid Social channels end‑to‑end – from setup and execution to optimisation and reporting. Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights to improve results. Run structured experiments (A/B tests) and scale successful approaches within your channel.
Support the development of tracking, attribution, and reporting setups to enable reliable decision‑making. Identify and test new opportunities within your channel to unlock additional growth. Stay up to date with platform developments, trends, and automation or AI‑driven improvements.
Your Profile Must‑haves 2–3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing in a data‑driven environment. Proven experience owning and optimising campaigns within your channel with clear performance impact. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Experience with common tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Google Tag Manager or similar). Experience running structured tests and applying data‑driven optimisation approaches. Solid understanding of performance metrics across the funnel. Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented working style.
Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently within your scope. Strong communication skills in English (C1/C2 level). Nice‑to‑haves Experience in SaaS or B2B tech environments. Exposure to additional paid channels beyond social. Experience with attribution models or more complex tracking setups.
Interest in applying AI tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency. Ownership: empowered to make meaningful decisions in a flat hierarchy. Learning & Growth: personal development budget, feedback culture, and targeted enablement formats. AI Enablement: internal tools and workflows are AI‑enabled; ChatGPT+ license provided.
