Responsibilities
• You manage your clients' Google Ads campaign budgets so efficiently that revenue growth accelerates significantly.
• Strategy & Scaling: Google Ads standards are the baseline, not the limit.
We expect data-driven ideas for efficient budget allocation and sustainable scaling, with a clear focus on business impact.
• Autonomous Account Management: You will take full ownership of multiple e-commerce accounts, including in-depth performance analysis.
• Project Orchestration: As the central point of contact, you hold the threads together and coordinate closely with our internal experts in Creative, Tracking, and Media Buying.
• Trusted Advisor: Being the primary contact for strategic questions means confidently leading client calls, producing analytical reports, and guiding new clients with clear growth roadmaps.
• AI & New Tools: Cutting-edge tools are part of everyday work, including standalone agents in Claude Coding that increase speed and quality.
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads.
• Autonomy: At least 1 year of independently managing e-commerce accounts, with demonstrable results in growth and scaling.
• Client Communication: Confidently lead calls, present reporting, and clearly contextualize results.
