As our first dedicated Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the engine behind Navera's growth.

After launching our MVP, it's time to scale. You will own the entire paid funnel, from the first click to the completed mortgage application. This is a building-from-scratch opportunity that directly impacts the company's success.
Your Profile 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in Fintech, Proptech, or high‑stakes lead generation, in a fast‑paced startup. Managed monthly budgets of €50 k–75 k. Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta Business Suite, plus Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and optionally Tableau or Power BI.
Strong spreadsheet skills, able to distinguish between “cheap leads” and “converting leads” and optimize the funnel. Doer mindset with a strong testing focus. You'll set up campaigns and write the next iterations of ad copy. Key Responsibilities End‑to‑end campaign management across Google Search and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn).
Drive high‑quality leads into our mortgage calculator while continuously improving CAC. Own data tracking: ensure integrity of GTM and GA4 implementations. Design and run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to boost conversion rates. Manage media budget and provide clear, actionable KPI reports to the Head of Marketing. <h
