Responsibilities You are responsible for the European Amazon Advertising strategy to sustainably drive market share, incremental growth, and profitability across all key EU markets You challenge and steer our central EU lead media agency on campaign architecture and full-funnel execution within the Amazon ecosystem to ensure execution excellence at all times By monitoring and optimizing core KPIs you guarantee highly efficient budget utilization and long-term campaign health The alignment with internal stakeholders, such as Brand Marketing Managers, is a core part of your role, ensuring a cohesive full-funnel strategy while consistently viewing campaigns through an “Amazon Advertising lens” Your close collaboration with the European Sales team helps you synchronize ad campaigns with inventory levels, peak events, and the varying market dynamics of the fragmented European landscape Proactively you identify regional growth levers by staying ahead of European market trends and distinct local consumer behaviors Qualifications You have 3+ years of professional experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong, proven emphasis on Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads & DSP) You possess a deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem and know exactly which levers to pull to make campaigns a success across the entire funnel Your analytical and data-driven mindset helps you translate complex data sets into clear, actionable strategic recommendations As an expert in managing and steering external agencies you achieve peak performance Your strategic thinking and ability to look beyond the obvious enable you to navigate the complexities of different European markets (DE, UK, FR, IT, ES), while remaining calm, focused, and solution-oriented even in challenging or high-pressure situations You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively in an international team environment, with fluent German and English skills (C1 level); additional language skills are considered a plus Benefits Food & Drinks: free fruit and water dispensers at the office and discounted food in the company restaurant at the Ravensburg office Having fun together: regular after-work parties, game evenings, and small group events with colleagues Flexible working hours: flexible working time models and up to 40% mobile working can be arranged Sports & Spa: an EGYM Wellpass allows nationwide yoga, gym, and spa; employees can customize their personal sports or spa program with a low employee contribution Equal Opportunity Statement Ravensburger is a family-owned company with family values, a strong sense of community and mutual respect.
