We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) full-time and permanent at our office in Braunschweig .

You keep track of relevant KPIs, spot patterns, and ensure our campaigns’ performance continuously improves. You systematically evaluate campaign results and apply insights to future campaigns. You manage paid advertising campaigns for our clients and ensure smooth execution.

You understand KPIs, can interpret data, and know which levers influence campaign performance. You work structured, fast, and reliably – even when multiple campaigns run simultaneously. You feel comfortable optimizing based on existing structures rather than starting from scratch each time.

Proficient with Canva and/or Adobe Cloud – able to adjust campaign materials independently. Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing. Warum wir? Strong cohesion: We work toward the same goal, share lunch breaks, and keep a sense of humor.
